Chicken stew with red pepper and Tomato Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken legs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 leek
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 red peppers
  • 4 dl Tomato Cream DELINO

Instructions

  • Cut the carrot, leek and onion into chunks. Cover with water and season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken legs and let it cook gently. Remove the chicken legs from the gravy. Let them cool and add the Delino Tomato Cream. Cut the red peppers into cubes, season with salt and pepper and simmer briefly. Then mix with the chicken legs and the sauce. Serve with boiled potatoes or rice.
