23 Mar Crispy Potato Herring with Chives Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 2 Big potatoes
- 1/2 Red onion
- 50 g Bacon
- 50 g Butter
- Drained herring fillet
- Delino Chives Vinaigrette
Instructions
- Peel and cut the two large potatoes into thin strips. Mind not to wash them to avoid rinsing off the starch.
- Mix with the finely chopped red onion and the bacon strips.
- Bake in butter and cut into shape.
- Place the drained herring fillets on top and arrange them together.
- Finish with a stripe of Chives Vinaigrette.
